SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service.

The delivery time slot will be allocated by Royal Mail on the morning of your delivery date. By entering your email address and mobile number at the checkout you are consenting to Royal Mail contacting you in regards to your delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days. On occasion throughout the year there will be delays in dispatch due to holiday. This will be clearly communicated before checking out, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund because of this delay.

Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service costs £4.25 for deliveries weighing less than 2kg, £7.69 for deliveries weighing between 2kg and 10kg, and £12.19 for deliveries weighing between 10kg and 20kg. 

Any issues with delivery or non-delivery should be directed towards our delivery partners, Royal Mail. Any issues relating to delivered product quality should be reported to The Authentic Kitchen via contactus@theauthentickitchen.co.uk
